⚙️ Lists
These lists feed the dropdowns on every form — people (operators / crew / subbies), plant & equipment, and sites / projects.
People: anyone with a login is on every form automatically (from Users on the Apps portal — fix a name or mobile there). Only add a person here if they have no login, e.g. a subbie. Rows shown as inactive with a login are kept for old records.
Region: on the forms, workers and supervisors only see people, plant and sites for their own region (VIC or SA). Leave Region blank and everyone sees it. Admins always see everything. This page always shows everything.
